    Best Comedy Series...Ever!

    I think this is the funniest comedy TV series ever made. I think Seinfeld is the second funniest. I saw this when it was broadcast and bought the DVD set and now I have upgraded to the remastered DVD set. I would have purchased the Blu-ray version but, I have read about many problems with the transfer of the Blu-ray version. There are some new special features on the remastered sap that were not on the original DVD set. I highly recommend the remastered DVD set!

    Crazy Brit humor ...Frequently Monty Python-esque, due to its star and creators.

    I saw the show when it originally aired on TV, and assume the disc set is good. (I gave it as a Christmas gift and haven't heard otherwise.)

    Classic John Cleese humor.

    Classic British comedy. It was funny then and it’s funny now. John Cleese reminds us of what a genius he really is. Today’s sitcoms could learn a lot from Fawlty Towers.
