I had a problem with delivery even though the parcel was marked fragile the box came damaged the rails were bent to the point I didn't feel comfortable bending them back without problems and the mounting hardware was missing I contacted the company and the sent out replacement immediately. Highly recommend A+++ customer service thank you.
