      Love the Bolt

      I have been a Tivo fan for years. Just upgraded to the Bolt. Seamless control of TV, recorded shows, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, Pandora etc. The commercial skip feature works brilliantly. One remote for TV, theatre system and DVR. And it looks cool!

      Nice features

      It has nice features but does not seem to stay connected to the tuning adapter as well as previous models do. I often turn on that TV and have nothing currently on any station as if it cannot see the stations until they are changed and can again hook up with the tuning adapter. One would think by this time the SDV problem would have been resolved so no tuning adapter was needed.

      Best Splurge Ever!

      LOVE this version of Tivo! The skip function is great, but limited. This helps to make going without cable much more tolerable! I can't live without a Tivo! The only thing I don't care for is having to pay for the subscription service, but even at $15 a month it isn't bad.

      Tivo Bolt withi issues

      I like the new design. It's faster than the other models. It's has lot of bugs in the new software had issues rebooting had problems with third party software such as Netflix. Netflix will start up ok but when the movie starts up the screen will turn solid red and Shuts down. On some stations there are white lines across the top of screen. This is a issue with Tivo bolt only. I have two other models with no issues which is the Roamio and th Premiere.

      Nice TiVo

      I have 2 TiVo Premiers and was excited to get a new updated faster TiVo. It is a little faster but I can not call it a Unified Entertainment System. As a stand alone DVR it works good. The DVR is now slower than the Premier DVR after 2 TiVo mini's were paired with it. I recommend this 4 tunner model only if you use it as a stand alone DVR.
