The outer layer was a padded envelope and the level was inside within cardboard and bubble wrap. Given the chance, I will buy from this seller again.

This should be an automatic thing to be done and is opportunistic when it isn’t. Packaging was adequate. Items were as described and pictured. Turns out not to be the best value after all is said and done. You shouldn’t have to ask for combined shipping when it’s right in front of you.
