    One bar was shorter than it was supposed to be.

    One of the towel bars was 4 inches shorter than the other. We needed the towel bar because company was arriving the next day. Found someone to cut one of the bars so they were the same length (so It's shorter than it should be). And we installed it.

    Wrong parts

    This towel bar item was a very good price and worked out fine for my situation. The package came with two “rods” that were required since this is a double towel bar. However, one of the rods was an incorrect part being too short and too large a diameter to becof any use. The way I was able to make it work is because I had a similar sized towel bar of a different style that I could scavenge the bar rods from and used them in place of those that came in the package.
