    Buyer BEWARE! I paid for 4 of these bluey PNC's 8 November. I wrote to seller saying I paid him for 4 on 2 separate orders total $960. Seller failed to send me my order and sold them to other buyers. He provided a tracking number for one order that does not exist!. Now he says he has shipped one lot. He offered other items from his store in place of the items I purchased. I said no and he said he would refund $480 yesterday and he did NOT. Now in eBay Seller Protections hands to rectify.
