Book vendor gave good service and good quality item. Shipping was ok, however I will have to comment on DHL. Terrible Service doesn’t describe it. Of course they hand the parcel over to Canada Post post customs, but DHL communication was horrid, and they tried to collect duties that were never owed, plus wrong crossover tracking #. They get a fail.
