Bidwurks purchased a crank which I promptly packed and shipped. A few days later I received a message informing me that the item did not match the pictures. Upon investigation I realized that I had in fact send the wrong crank. Realizing my mistake, I send my apologies and issue a refund. One would think the matter closed, but that was not to be. Bidwurk threw a tantrum that would embarrass a four year old (his mother must surely be proud!) and left this ridiculous feedback.
