The packaging was secured with 2x4's and shrink wrap. They even took the time to double shrink wrap around the u-joints for added protection. My driveshaft came as described and a great value to me. Knox Auto was very communicative about my order. Responded to every enquiry, and was very professional. I installed the driveshaft on my 2015 F150 5.0 Crew Cab, and the shaking is now gone.
