Shipping was fast item was wrapped in bubble wrap and in a box with popcorn to keep protected so these guys package extremely well exactly as described and for the price its like receiving a new tail light. Will buy from again if I need more parts!

It s unfortunate this situation took place, but can understand with massive amount of parts they deal with. The end result I was able to end up with a serviceable taillight. Will say being able to call & resolve makes for better communication.
