    Package arrive today, and was in rough shape. The packing of the amplifier wasn't good either. For the cost of shipping, I expected better. This amplifier was not a PCX 2000D as advertised. This model is a PCX 2.540. There was a picture showing the model number, but ad was very misleading. The amplifier does work, but needs restoration since it's an older piece of equipment. Overall, I would have rather liked to have gotten the PCX 2000D as advertised. Not happy with this purchase at all.

    Easy Wifi Setup but long software install

    The device Wifi setup using WPS took about 15 seconds after pressing the WPS button on the router. The installation of the software for the PC to use took considerably longer. There was also a firmware and sub-firmware update that needed to be applied as well as an update to the operational software. Also, for some reason the configuration installed two identical copies of the printer into control panel. I deleted the 2nd one and it works just fine. The output quality in black and/or color is good even with the quality settings kept at "normal" in the preferences. It prints quickly and has a strong wifi connection as well. The touch panel is nice for minor adjustments without having to touch the software on the PC. All-in-all, a very robust device for the $$. Can't say what will come long ...

    a little disappointing for a higher cost printer

    A few complaints that make this printer less than stellar. Biggest complaint, it can't handle paper of any serious weight. I used very thin label paper and a light, very light card stock. The toner is unable to "stick" fast enough because, apparently, the paper is not sufficiently heated. Yes, I also front feed. If you bought this COLOR printer to actually print a lot of COLOR images on anything but normal paper, it is very disappointing. The machine itself is solid. Easy to set up with Linux, Solaris, Mac, (and yes, Windows too). The scanner is great, the images printed on normal paper are SUPER clear and crisp. My setup out of the box was plug it in, use the menu to set it up on the wireless network here, and voila everyone was happy. I only had to get the CD out for the ...

    Won't do my job

    I need to print text with a small amount of primary color on label stock. The printer won't accept label stock from the feed tray, must be fed 1 sheet at a time. The color portions of the print experience a great deal of cold offset. The toner cartridges it shipped with only printed 120 pages. Not happy at all with this purchase

    I really like the feature that you can print directly from a flash drive. Coupled with networking, fax, and good Linux support, this is a neat printer.

    Just okay, print quality poor
