      dual channel mode

      After arriving at an understanding of dual channel mode I realized my dell latitude C540/640 laptop running with 3 gb ram (2 usable) should have 2 x 1 gb modules. I do not think that 2 modules can alternate homogeneously if they do not have the same exact specs. It runs a little faster now along with readyboost, etc.
