    Was advertised as having color pictures

    Love the book other than I bought this copy because it said color pictures. The pictures are black and white and not that clear. If you don't care about pictures its great, but I'm reading it to children.

    Great history for kids

    Loving it so far! My 10-year-old son and I are reading it together and both enjoying the narrative style and interesting history. The chapters are very short which means we can read one every day. The bite-sized chunks make this the perfect English history book for kids.
