    fully modular is great!

    Best price I could find on a fully modular power supply at this time! Seems like there is a shortage now and prices have gone up! EVGA has a good reputation and I'm hoping it'll last a long time.

    EVGA power supply caught fire nearly burning my house.

    The EVGA 550 B5 power supply shorted-out and the computer caught fire. The computer was a total loss and there was extensive smoke damage. Los Angeles County Fire Inspectors identified the fire source from the EVGA power supply. The Insurance estimate to repair the smoke damage is in excess of $15-20K. Had I not been home, my home would have burned to the ground.
