        The item is great, brand new (as described in the post) and it's working flawlessly. However, I did have a bit of trouble related to shipping. The day after purchase I was sent an email saying that USPS had created a label and was awaiting the item. But it would take another 6 days and two attempts to reach out to the seller (with no response) before my item would be shipped. I would have appreciated at least a response saying that the item had not been shipped yet.

        Great set of headphones - better than Bose

        Excellent noise canceling features, easy to use, holds charge for 40+ hours, and sounds excellent. Best set of headphones I've used in a while.
