    Having never had to leave a negative review I want to start by saying it was brand new with a pristine box and shipped with Care. But it was not the ornament that I ordered or the one in the picture I have reached out to the seller who has not responded to see if I could send it back at my expense to correct the error. I have yet to get a response back from the seller. I realize the ad stated no returns, but the error occurred in packaging. Not me changing my mind.

    Responded quickly and was sending the correct ornament, there was no need to return the one I sent in error. Don't know how this turned into a negative.
