    I feel that "Shipping Costs" should not be included among the "Rate the details" criteria, as the seller has no control over this. The seller shipped the item timely, and obviously took care to package the item, which was exactly as described, so it would not be damaged in transit. The only concern I had was that the seller inadvertently allowed the scotch tape to stick to the item itself. I mention this for the seller's future reference. I recommend buying from this seller with confidence
