    The shipping was quick and the box was intact when I received it. Overall, it was packaged well. The item is as described and is a good value compared to other products on the market used for the same purpose. The seller did well. One thing I did notice was that the plastic shell of the top of the item had a spot along the place where it is supposed to seal to the bottom that was chipped off. It did not seem to impact the ability to heat though as of yet.
