    I can say it was worth the money, but only time will tell.

    It was new in the package, and it is a 5900 RPM, not a 7200 which makes seek and access time slower. Other than that it is just a OEM Seagate Barracuda drive for as I can tell. For the price it is a good deal, but soon this ATA drive will be obsolete.

    The drive has exceeded my expectations

    I bought this in January of 2019 and it has almost passed the 2-year mark! It's a reliable hard drive to put in an older computer for more storage. No problems whatsoever!

    Great Drive for the Price!

    I needed a cheap 500gb drive for my home theater pc. This drive fits the bill nicely. It is a bit noisy but when I'm sitting 10 feet away from the computer I can't hear it.
