First, the pods didn't arrive in a 32oz jar. They were in two plastic bags. After 4 days in transit in 90°+ temps with two TINY ice packs (which were very warm), arrived 99% DOA. After I sent links to videos, I got no reply, but I did get a refund. I tried to place another order, only to find I was BLACKLISTED. They essentially blamed me. Copepods... DOA 1, Copepods... DOA 2 on YT.
