    I'll never take this again the niacin in it turned me bright red It felt like I had a sin burn then i,started sweating and getting real hot then got the shivers after that took over a hour for my skin to turn back to its normal color only took that one pill and after that hsppened I threw them away never take those again

    Good Product w/ Long Lasting Flushing
