Seller charged me 8.65 for shipping (bc of price I assumed ups or FedEx) and paid 2.06 to send thru dhl who turned the package over to USPS who returned to shipper without even trying to deliver the item to the desk at my business. Very disappointed and will not trust this seller again unless some huge mountains are moved and my items are recieved by the 16th as originally provided.

Was sent in a thin cardboard box put in a shipping envelope with blister padding. Should have been shipped in a box. The second one arrived undamaged and functions well. It's a good product and a good price but allow time for a replacement to be shipped in case yours arrives damaged. Will use the seller again.
