      JBL Control1 Pro

      I am presently using them as monitors for keyboards. When I switch to a MIDI unit that offers a whole host of Bass instruments, I have to be careful on lower frequencies not to push them to hard. The amp used is the Crown D-75A which puts out about 55 watts. The speakers may take 150 watts but trust me, 15 watts at low frequencies will move a lot of air with a very noticeable "Chuffing" sound coming from the ports. Aside from that, very nice!

      JBL never lets me down

      I am a long time JBL'er. This pair of speakers was 2 of the 6 that I bought to update my surround system. They were easy to mount on the wall and the sound quality is crisp and clear. The JBL surround system that I was using still was still a great sounding system, it pales in comparison with the new speaker set up. I joined these speakers up with 2 JBL Sub 100P subwoofers and most recently a JBL Loft 20 center channel speaker. Surround heaven! I'm never looking back.

      the following must be taken care of

      I bought a pair of JBL control 1 and in the back had the hole to be able to insert the screw for the wall brackets this pair that buy does not bring the necessary hole now I have to see how to hang them the JBL speakers know that they are quality products and have an excellent sound but at the time of purchase you have to verify that you have the photo of the back of the speaker to ensure that you have the hole
