FedEx left it at our mailbox again, but since it was raining, they put it in a clear bag and tied it to the mailbox. When we got to the mailbox, the bag was empty and had a hole torn into it.

Incorrect. We don't have expired film. We receive a shipment of film from Kodak's factory here in the United States on a monthly basis. And we use all of it in the month.
