Although "new", the printer was missing the coaxial cable connecting the printer to the desk top computer. No courtesy ink like last time-cheaper marketing I suppose? Fortunately, I had the old cable which worked just fine. DO NOT use any ink other than 275/black & 276/color (no 245-246) or refurbished. This is the second printer of this model type I have bought and it works/lasts well.

This is because the original shipping carton WAS NOT made to withstand the abuse that it will get in shipping! but it saves im a little money so screw the consumer! but this was a great job folks I will shop again.
