I paid 120+ dollars for a professional bamboo flute, and they sent me a ~10 dollar toy. They also accused me of “making up reasons not to send them more pictures”, so I sent 5 more. Then they stopped responding. We have sold tens of this model of flute on eBay, and never gotten any complaints.
