Perfect Solution
I used my previous cable for a number of years, but the day came when the sound began to suffer. I certainly got my $'s worth from the original cable. I began my search to purchase a replacement cable and found several options available. There were several replacement cables that indicated that they would work and be great, but the reviews out there did not back these claims. So, I decided to stay "true" to my Shure inner ears and purchase a "Shure" replacement cable. I am glad that I did ... the sound is back to original standards and it clearly shows in my opinion. Not having any of the other options to compare ... I cannot speak to their performance. I can easily say that the Shure replacements sound and work great. The cable itself is well made, the connectors attach easily to my ear buds, the cable forms around my ears as you would expect ... the only thing that I have noticed is that the small plastic slider that tightens the cable to the back of your head ... one side of the cable "slides" easily as it should, but the other side does not slide into place with the same ease. Maybe this is how they are suppose to be, but my original cables were not that way. Anyway ... this is only minor to me and I will say that the cable does stay in place once I set them. Overall ... great replacement cable ... glad I stayed w/Shure product.

Not a good design, bulky ,heavy,connector, very thin wire, so-so audio. No where near original cable replacement. I should've paid a few extra dollars
heavier gauge, tangle-free, wire. eliminate very heavy/bulky 1/8" connector (still haven't figured out why you felt the need to design such a heavy, ugly connector) add volume control for the price. ears have no wire for adjustment, only very thin , preformed tubing.

Great Replacement
This is a quality replacement cable for my original Shure SE215 set. It has the bendable ear loop forms for for proper fit around your ears. They are slightly lighter than the originals which I consider a PLUS because I thought the originals were a bit bulky.

Quality cable for Shure Earbuds
I purchased this to replace a cable on a set of refurbished Shure SE215 earbuds. This cable appears close, if not equal to the cable I had on a previous set of SE846s. It is a high-quality cable with good flexibility and an extra layer of material that helps act as a memory function for the arch around your ears. I personally am very pleased with this cable.
