Total waste of time! Didn't fix the boards won't give any kind of refund! Stated technicians need to be paid. If nothing got fixed why should I have to pay for the technician! Very bad business! Customers beware.

No work performed because boards not required service, we need to charge a test fee. Buyer didn't read description of the test fee. Buyer sent boards from two different tv sets. We tested the boards and communicate to the buyer that he needs to pay a test fee for the second set of boards. Very unreasonable person.!

Item arrived as described. Having the item initially sent to Ebay's shipping hub adds a lot of delay time considering seller shipped the item to them within 2 days after getting my package and fixing the thing but I do understand why they use the service for international sales and that seller has no power over processing time once in their hands. You just have to be a little patient.

Seller communicated throughout process with email & shipment of repair. Quick turnaround & took less than two weeks to ship out and receive back without any problems.
