    • Top favourable review

Works great if you are a bit of handyman/handywoman.

Saved a lot of money. 2007 Toyota Highlander. Dealer wanted $400 for the entire actuator, Local parts stores wanted $250 for aftermarket. Was able to just replace the motor for about $8. What the replacement videos for this product don’t tell you is that you have to secure the motor case with wire/screws/or something after you pry the case apart. I drilled small holes in a few locations and wrapped small wire to keep the case closed after replacing the motor. Otherwise this motor works great.

Not for Lexus RX300 2003 model

This product is NOT for a 2003 RX300 Lexus. I had read where people had replaced this little motor and their door locks worked. Thought I would take a chance, even thou the seller stated: "DISCLAIMER: These are reported by buyers and do not mean that all years and trims will have the same motor!" After pulling the door apart and getting to this little motor is when I found out it would not work. My make and model had a sprocket on the old motor and I was unable to pull it off. Had to reassemble everything and start searching for a repair part again. This was NOT the sellers problem but mine. They fore filled their end of the deal and was up front.

    • Money saver!

This buy saves me money a lot, and the environment like wise. Instead of replacing 3 whole door locks in my car, for many hundreds of dollars, i replace only the worn out parts, for the price of a couple of coffee cups. Eccelent!

    • Shafts has no notch, but workable

Used to replace the motor door lock acutator for a 2007 Toyota Tacoma. These motors do not have the notch on the shaft for the worm gear to be a direct fit, but a little work with a file fixed that right up. Truck locks normally again.

    • Worked for me

Mine had the shorter shaft, so I cut it off. Worked great after that!
