    Everything but Volume Control

    Almost perfect. It's easy to use and has good battery life. The only feature I miss from what I was using before is volume control. That's not an issue when receiving from my phone, but when watching TV vwith the speakers muted, I can't control the volume.

    Poor sound quality

    just purchased two of the btr9l Bluetooth adapters. I deliberately sought out this brand because I had one that just got dropped and quit working. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED! The sound quality on the new ones are worse than an old handheld AM radio even connected to a noise canceling headphone it is worse than the built in radio ( in the headphone)which is also terrible. And yes both have the same issue. My old one was black but otherwise looks the same. I have had poor quality adapters in the past but this is by far the worst. Yet the previous one I had was the best I have ever found. Same brand so it seems that you have cut some costs on the output amplifier that you should not have. I would like a refund.

    Slick and easy to use

    It's very compact and easy to use. Good power and pretty much no Distortion. There IS some lag, so don't expect videos or TV blutooth to be in synch, as it never catches up, but it's great for headset listening or having old school speakers with a 3.5mm to go wireless
