    Item is great, exactly what I needed. The best part of the purchase was my interaction with the dealership's service department - specifically Bill, who reached out to make sure they fully understood my odd request. I needed a specific version of the exhaust, which was recently revised by Kawasaki. The difference is subtle, and I wasn't sure if I would get exactly what was needed. I asked in the order notes to make sure the exhaust sent was exactly what was pictured, and that's what I got.

    I opened the item 2 hours after it was delivered and it had a rattling noise on the inside. I immediately reached out to the seller. No response. I reached out a second time two days later, no response. I took advantage of the return policy. No response. Thankfully eBay‘s policy is to refund the seller in 48 hours if there is no response so Ebay has given a refund. I am not sure why this seller has 100% rating.

    The part is supposed to rattle, that's the part that senses the tip over. The buyer receive d a full refund AND kept the part.
