    I only brought one item from this seller but the item didn’t pass authentication. eBay normally contacts me if there’s a slight discrepancy from the listing but in this case eBay didn’t contact me. It seems like this seller is honest and has lot of positive reviews. I think the authenticity is important in fine jewelry transactions. I would consider buying from this seller again with the authentication policy. I appreciate this piece of mind.

After numerous transactions, we have never had an issue with the authentication of any of our products. We have a GIA-certified gemologist who appraises all of our items and writes the descriptions.
