You can feel the distinctive touch of its two rectangular controllers and red buttons, have fun with the system's NES Zapper, and kick back while you use them to play “Duck Hunt” and “Super Mario Bros.”. The console features a loading cartridge in the front and has 2kB of on board RAM, which can be expanded with a game cartridge. With a color palette of 48 colors and six grays and a display resolution of 256 x 240 pixels, you can enjoy the old school style while playing your favorite classics. If you're not the hands on type, then Nintendo consoles can also make great vintage display items. You might not be able to keep your NES games tucked away for long, though. All of the cords are long, which can help if you're using this NES video game console with a modern television. This system weighs 5 pounds and measures 14 inches by 12 inches. You can find plenty of components to make your NES work with different configurations. If you need to connect your Nintendo to a flat screen TV that doesn't have any composite jacks, then a simple HDMI adapter will work.
