Package has insurance. No contact from customer. We can file for insurance if you contact us. Package was definitely smashed by USPS. We shipped it securely but that package looks like it was hit by a truck. We have shipped many boxes in the same manner with no damage. In the future simply contacting the seller to fix the problem will get better results than leaving bad feedback. See 20K++++ feedback below from satisfied customers. Will fix any problem.
