      What I ordered is not what I received! Seller is trying to state the packaging has changed for the shampoo I ordered and know 100% it has not. 72 hyaluronic shampoo is not the same as clay shampoo. I checked with L’Oréal and it is most definitely NOT a packaging change. This seller has not responded to my last message for a full refund or send the items I ordered. I paid $19 a bottle for a product I knew was hard to get. I did not pay $19 a bottle for a shampoo I can get in the store for $4.99!
