The workmanship is good, but a big mistake was overlooked in quality control. the shoulder strap was installed on the incorrect side of the case, and they just went across the zipper the the correct side, and sewed and back tacked the strap all the way through the case, amking the case 2 inches too short! I have a ton of sewing experience, and was able to VERY CAREFULLY cut the offending stiches out without damaging the product.

Now I have to drive 7 miles to send the item back to get a refund. I rarely ever give someone a bad review but stay away from that seller. Sometimes the star rating, and percentage of satisfied customers for these sellers is deceiving. Communication and quick response is the key. Everybody makes mistakes but when they don’t respond, DON’T BUY FROM THEM AGAIN…
