Sucks before everyone discovered flipping I got the nice ceramic digital ones for the same price but this is not too bad and if you are slow with the temp and use a quality therm you will get good results. I have had the stir bar work in room temp honey, just play with it because sometimes lower works better!

Inexpensive items shipped & received exactly as described. I've read of other purchasers having a hard time separating them once they get them. It was ~95F afternoon when I got them and they were hopelessly tightly jammed together. Threw them in the deep freeze for about 20 minutes and they slid apart easily.
