Item wasn’t shipped after 2-3 weeks from receiving payment. I got the item after a month and was poorly packaged. Try contacting the seller and his explanation was that the spoiler could be repaired but didn’t provide a solution. Need to improve customer service and packaging items proper now I have to pay to repair item to be able to finish my project

The item was shipped on time and within the time frame estimated by the carrier arrived. the package arrived intact and the piece in perfect condition as shown in your pictures. not satisfied and intending to receive a partial refund, he opened a request for a return. the return label was then provided, but the customer withdrew. I'm very sorry for what happened, but our company is serious and if the customer is not honest, we'll let you go. thanks.
