Great K2
I highly recommend this K2 sup to anyone who's having teeth/ cavity issues. Taking this supplement daily, I have healed 6 teeth that had the beginning's of cavities forming and my teeth are getting stronger and stronger. I take the K2 plus Vit. D3 together, with coconut oil or fish oil to make it easy for the body to absorb it.

Vitamin K is a standard to improve blood clotting capability. For folks who have problems with being easily bruised whether playing sports, or just their normal day-to-day activity, taking Vitamin K may well provide a means to address that problem. Did it help my case,? Yes. People taking calcium and vitamin D3 supplements also need vitamin K2.
This is quite possibly the best source of Vitamin K2 available on the market. What many people may not realize is that not all vitamin Ks are the same. This product contains a particularly beneficially high ratio of MK4 to MK7 vitamin K2 subtypes. This makes it useful in combination with calcium (citrate) and vitamin D3 supplements in preventing bone loss and hence fractures due to a variety of reasons. These include the normal osteoporosis of aging and the loss of appropriate bone loss & formation due to certain medications. It is also suggested that it may help in preventing formation of calcium plaques in the heart and other organs. However, the major use is in prevention of bone loss over time in the following conditions: caused by corticosteroids (e.g., prednisone, dexamethasone, ... This is quite possibly the best source of Vitamin K2 available on the market. What many people may not realize is that not all vitamin Ks are the same. I would also add that calcium in the form of calcium citrate is superior to calcium carbonate when considering taking such supplements...not to forget the vitamin D3 and correct vitamin K2 preparation. Check with your doctor or a RELIABLE internet source as to the correct amounts. You might even want to ask me - I will be happy to try to provide an answer as long as the number of questions is not too great.

Probably the best on the market
This is essential for the natural clotting of blood (it doesn't cause clots, though), and especially essential for making sure that calcium isn't laid down in the arteries. I use it in the morning and evening with my calcium and magnesium.
