    This helps.

    This herb is an AMPK activator. There are others and studies suggest getting several is more effective that just one. I use several and find their combined use productive in terms of better overall get-up-and-go. I am 75 and still run a small farm by myself. This helps.

At 82, I thought I was dying from a painful intestinal-attack, the likes of which I'd never before experienced. There should be a specific geriatric-warning on your labeling; I've never come so close to death.
