A simple error was made and they were offered a complete refund for the mishap, they were belligerent with the communication accusatory, and absolutely an online bully. There was nothing that could be done to make this person happy. For a client that received an entire refund which was immediately offered, I'm not sure what else could be done to satisfy somebody like this. They have been reported to eBay
