    Good fit for 1985 CJ7

    Was a little tricky to line up at first because of the console we had in but, in the end it fit well, like the fact that it came with a metal ring installed in the bottom of the boot. We looked for this part for a few weeks - from different vendors that did not work and we had to return the boots. So far so good.

    Not very good.

    Too firm the rubber is much thicker and harder than the factory boot. The thickness makes the gearshift want to return to the neutral position. Not recalling going to recommend it.
