The tow bar was described as complete, then came with no fittings. I discussed with the seller who explained that he wrote “complete with hatch” and explained that it does not mean it has the fittings! Also the photo does not have the fittings. The seller offered to refund the item, but due to the high postage I decided to keep it and buy the fittings at an extra cost. TBH the item is much cheaper than the dealer price which is good. I advise buyers to ask before buying!
