The casting was pretty rough, and the holes were drilled in the flanges a little off center, but no functional problems, and the holes were close enough that it slid on the studs just fine. The important surfaces where the gaskets mounted to were clean and planed to fit flush gainst the block perfectly. Good option if you are trying to save money.
