Item was not properly packed resulting in significant damage. None of the three assembly pieces were included. 1/2 socket spines showed use and wear marks indicative of a previously used item, not new as advertised. The use marks do not appear to be from the shipping damage, though hard to say. Terrible communication from their team. Multiple day response time and a complete inability to read the previous messages in the thread for context. I cannot recommend.
