Seller communicated with Ebay and assumed I knew what was being communicated. Agreed to ship once I revised shipping, agreed to revise, product is nice, unfortunately mine was leaking when received the first time. The usps destroyed upon return, and was told if I wanted a refund it would be deducted from my refund and that was expected by ebay.

Unnecessarily long feedback aside, transaction and buyer are problematic. Rtn arrived no box, just bubble wrap. Total loss. Byr is respon to return itm as rcvd, so yes,trusted sellers can deduct IF I were not replacing at my cost. Listing has a handling time & exchange is same as new order, so of course handling time applies. Byr left a neg thinking the turnaround was immed. I offered to refund with loss deduction or replace w/ neg revision. USPS 9405509105465096096812 See ALL my previous trans.
