    The Good. Item was absolutely top notch construction. Packaged well, only one part had a small chip. The Bad. No instructions or simple diagram on how to put together. A plug and play HOB filter has some simple instructions. This needs to be silicone in place. Reached out to the company about basic instructions or diagram and received no feedback. Good Part very poor customer service.
