Our only option is to ding the seller with hopes they will not use them in the future. This item was 'out for delivery' 5 times, 4 times not delivered. They always have a lame excuse. This is not the exception. It has become the norm for them. We have quite a few items delivered and every time we cringe when we find out it's on FedEx. Sellers, wake up!
