Started working on my truck and taking apart the front end, only to be met by the Detroit Axle front end kit to be missing parts. The company cost me $85 plus travel due to their negligence. I will make it a point to not use or recommend them ever again. I have also been waiting over 24 hours for a response from the company.

Item was the incorrect size(too small) although I plugged all vehicle information in and the system confirmed it as correct. Had them professionally installed just to find out it was wrong. I contacted Detroit Axle and a gentleman named Burt reached out to me personally via text and a phone call. He acknowledged their mistake and promptly set a new order to be shipped to me. The correct rotors were $30 more but they waived that price increase and offered them for free! Awesome service!!
