arrived early. easiest vvti/vanos ever! can do it in car just remove upper timing cover! remove the outer cap bolt of the vvti.remove the 10mm bolts holding the gear.pull and slightly twist to the left to remove."chip" away old o ring .stretch o ring and add little oil to it.set in groove.reassemble, don't worry a about alignment it'll only go on one way!!
